PLEASE READ THESE CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY BOOKING WITH US: When you make a booking with Easy Athens Transfers you have your contract with our company, The Best of Zante Travel Services. By ordering any services from our web sites, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. 1. The reservation is made, according to the information provided to us by you and all details are confirmed to you with our invoice. Bookings are accepted over the phone, or internet. The person who makes the booking must be over 18 years of age to purchase the services, using the payment method displayed on our web sites. 2. We accept payments by Visa or Mastercard, please note there is a credit card charge of 2% charged on all credit card payments. We also accept payments by Paypal and there is a charge of 4% on these payments. 3. The price you pay is per taxi (maximum 4 passengers per taxi). Each passenger is entitled to carry one standard suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. Heavier luggage or excess luggage will be carried at the discretion of the taxi driver and an excess luggage charge may be levied. It is always advisable to let us know at the time of booking. 4. A written confirmation/invoice for your booking will be e-mailed to you straight away, with all details of your booking as provided by you. 5. All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that the services you booked with us are provided as requested, however we will not be liable for any loss or costs you suffer or incur through any reasonable or unavoidable delays. It is your responsibility to book the taxi to collect you leaving plenty of time to catch your flight. 6. Amendments to bookings must be made initially by telephone or email to our office and then confirmed in writing. (A fee of €20 will be charged for all amendments). 7. All taxis are fully insured as required by EU Laws. We strongly recommend that you take personal holiday insurance before you travel. 8. For cancellations, if made more than 70 days prior to your transfer, loss of deposit. If 45-70 days 50% of the total transfer cost, is charged. Up to 45 days full cancellation charges apply. 9. Money security: Your money is paid to The Best of Zante Travel Services a fully licensed and bonded operator/travel agent. 10. Complaints: In the unlikely event of something going wrong with your transfer arrangements booked through our office, please make your complaint to our office immediately, so it can be rectified to your satisfaction as soon as possible. No complaints will be accepted unless registered at our office. 11. If you have any enquiries about the booking or the confirmation, or any irregularities to your reservation, this must be reported immediately to our office so it can be rectified. 12. The reservations for the transfers are made only for the persons named on our booking form and confirmation/ invoice. 13. It is a condition of all bookings made through our office, that general good behaviour by your party during your transfers is expected in order not to upset the taxi drivers or our office staff. It is a general policy of our office not to carry passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 14. The terms and conditions and your use of our web site are governed by the laws of the courts of the UK and shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes in relation to this agreement.
